Return Policy
At Sorority Gift Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that all personalized, handmade items are non-refundable unless the product was damaged during shipping, is defective, or an error was made by us.
To start a return:
- Contact us immediately at hello@SororityGiftStore.com with details of the issue.
- If your return is accepted, we will remedy the issue immediately.
Return Process:
- Products will be required to be returned to us.
- If eligible, a return shipping label will be emailed to you with instructions on how to return the item.
Damage and issues; Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve.
Exceptions/ non-refundable items; Certain types of items cannot be returned and refunded such as special custom products (special orders or personalized items, & apparel), unless damaged during shipping, defective, or an error was made by us.
** Items sent back without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted.
