Shipping Policy

When you place an order with Sorority Gift Store, we will estimate shipping costs based on your location. All prices are calculated from our shipping base in Virginia.

Please note that shipping time is determined by the carrier once your order has been processed. For personalized orders, please allow up to four weeks for processing before shipment.

All orders will receive a confirmation by email with tracking information for the shipment. All shipments are carefully checked prior to delivery.  Any incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or discrepancy of the order must be reported within (3) days of receipt.
